Monark Teknologies complies with Québec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25). This page explains what information this site collects, why, and how to exercise your rights.
01Person in charge of the protection of personal information

02Information collected
Contact form: name, email, project type, goals, timeline, budget, message and, if you attach one, a file.
Newsletter: your email address.
Client reviews: name, role, company, related project and the review text.
Audience measurement: Vercel Analytics produces aggregated, anonymous visit statistics (page views, country, device type), without cookies and without identifying visitors.
03Purposes
Replying to your request and, where relevant, preparing a proposal.
Sending you the newsletter if you subscribed.
Publishing your review, only with your explicit consent.
Understanding site usage in aggregate in order to improve it.
04Consent
Form information is only collected with your consent, given by ticking the dedicated box or by subscribing. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to the person in charge; every newsletter also contains an unsubscribe link.
05Disclosure to third parties and hosting outside Québec
No information is sold or rented.
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. and emails are delivered by Resend, two providers located in the United States. Your information may therefore be processed outside Québec, by these providers acting on our behalf and bound to protect it.
06Retention
Messages and files received are kept as long as needed to handle your request and follow up on the relationship, then deleted. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
07Security
Exchanges with the site are encrypted (HTTPS). Access to the information received is limited to the person in charge.
08Your rights
You can request access to your information, its correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent. Write to the person in charge; you will receive an answer within 30 days.
You can also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
